What is Swapiki?
Swapiki is a free, India-focused hiring platform where candidates publish proof of real projects alongside a two-minute recorded voice walkthrough, and hiring managers review that proof directly instead of screening a resume. Swapiki does not use AI to score, rank or reject anyone, and it does not verify identity — nothing is stamped as verified. It also runs a public board of IT, BFSI and other openings across India: the listings are readable by anyone, and the search, filters and match scoring open up once your profile is 80% complete.

Is my voice actually scored or analysed by AI?
No. Your audio is never scored, ranked or sentiment-analysed, and we do not grade how you sound. The one thing that gets checked is the on-screen phrase you read aloud, and only to confirm a live microphone rather than a synthesised clip. That check is not stored against your profile, and no score is derived from it or from the rest of the recording.
Does Swapiki verify me, or verify that the work is mine?
No — and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Your identity is not checked, and nothing is stamped as verified. What you get is a recording captured live in your browser: it tells a recruiter that a live person recorded it, not that the person recording is the applicant. That is a liveness check, not a credential check. Identity is checked where it belongs — at interview, references and offer stage — not by a portfolio page.
What does a recruiter see when they open my link?
Your projects with the problem, what you personally owned, and the one number that moved — then your two-minute walkthrough. There is no score attached to any of it, and no verdict. They decide from what you said, which is the entire point of the format.
How long does it really take?
Two minutes to record the walkthrough, and roughly ten minutes to publish the whole profile end to end. The longer part is deciding which one or two projects are worth showing — that judgement is yours, and nothing in the flow rushes it.
Why does the jobs board ask me to reach 80% first?
The jobs board is gated, and it is there so the listings you see are matched against real proof instead of a wishlist. Seven things count towards it: your name and title, your location, a LinkedIn or portfolio link, your first proof project, a voice walkthrough, a second project, and publishing the profile. Every listing is on the jobs page — the gate is on the search, the filters and the match score, not on the jobs existing.
Is it genuinely free, and can I see it before anyone else does?
Yes, free for the whole pilot, with no card step anywhere in the flow. And you can open your own profile at your-handle.swapiki.com and read it end to end before you send that link to anyone.
Why not just post my demo on LinkedIn or YouTube?
You can, and plenty of people do. The difference is the receiving end: a recruiter handed four links opens whichever they clicked first and judges whatever they find there, in an order you do not control. This is one page where the project, the evidence and you explaining it sit in the same place — in the same shape for every candidate, with no algorithm deciding who sees it and no badge added on top of your work.
